Dedicated low/no-alcohol brewer Nirvana Brewery has launched a Pils, which is also its first lager available in cans.
The new variety is available now in 330ml cans. Brewed with Magnum, Saaz and Hallertau hops, it has a malty bread-like flavour.
Nirvana Brewery adds new duo to lager range
Independent retailers can stock the brand from LWC Drinks and InnExpress. The supplier is planning to launch a four-pack format in September.
Becky Kean, Nirvana’s founder and brand ambassador, said: “Lager’s not just the UK’s, but the world’s, most popular beer style and some of its biggest brands are actually pilsners. So, it made perfect sense for us to craft our own – especially as we wanted to offer a scale of choice across the style and also in multiple formats.”
