Mondelez International is bringing back its ‘Big Win-Win’ campaign across Cadbury chocolate bars, giving shoppers and retailers the chance to win cash prizes.

The promotion is live now and runs until 6 July. There are £100,000-worth of cash prizes up for grabs in total, split 50/50 between retailers and shoppers and divided between 25 £1,000, 25 £500 and 50 £250 prizes.

The promotion is being signposted across Cadbury’s full singles and duos range, including plain and price-marked pack (PMP) formats.

To enter, shoppers can purchase a participating product, go to bigwinwin.cadbury.co.uk and enter their details along with their pack’s barcode and batch code. If they are a winner, they will be asked to nominate their local store to win too.

Cadbury launches Creme Egg competition for retailers

Additionally, five retailers can win the chance to feature in a Cadbury social media campaign through a competition hosted on Mondelez’ Snack Display website. Retailers can fill in details of their community work via the entry form to be entered into the prize draw, which also offers stock prizes worth £1,500.

Cadbury is providing social media assets to support retailers looking to promote the campaign on social media, available from Snack Display.

It will also support the campaign with in-depot PoS, digital and social media activity.

Olena Solodka, brand manager at Mondelez International, said: “We brought back The Big Win-Win campaign to thank our retailers and shoppers for their support for Cadbury over the last 200 years, and to create an opportunity for them to enjoy winning together as members of their local communities.”

Retailer Devshi Sisodia of Gunness Food & Wine in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, one of the 2024 ‘Big Win-Win’ winners, added: “It was excellent news knowing I had been nominated to share a prize with a regular customer, it made me feel really good. I spent the money on a treat, and it help towards paying my tax bill! I would recommend all retailers get involved in the ‘Big Win-Win’, as it really helps bring retailers and their communities together.”
