Mondelez and Lotus Bakeries announce strategic partnership

The two suppliers aim to launch Cadbury and Biscoff co-branded products in the UK in early 2025

Mondelez International and Lotus Bakeries have announced a strategic partnership which will see the launch of co-branded products.

The two suppliers aim to launch Cadbury and Biscoff co-branded products in the UK in early 2025.

They are also targeting Milka and Biscoff branded products in Europe, and are looking to expand the Lotus Biscoff brand in India.

“This partnership will help accelerate our strategic focus on the cookies category by introducing a premium brand that is widely loved in numerous markets to a much wider audience.,” said Dirk Van de Put, chair and chief executive at Mondelez International.

“At the same time, we look forward to co-developing new, innovative chocolate flavours and formats in Europe, which will strengthen consumers’ already enduring loyalty to our two companies’ iconic brands.”
