Mentos has partnered with Fortnite Creative, part of the popular gaming franchise Fortnite.
Over the next two weeks, Mentos Fizzookas – custom rocket launchers that bear the appearance of Mentos tubes – will be dropped into some of the game’s most popular maps.
This is the first branded tactical item to be released in Fortnite Creative, appearing in maps that see more than a million players day combined.

The brand is trying to build cultural relevance among growing audience, with research showing that a third of Gen Z games daily and 75% do so at least once a week.
Perfetti Van Melle is supporting the partnership with a campaign encompassing influencers and social media across over 20 countries.
Sarah du Plessis, brand manager of Mentos, said: “We know gaming is a rich territory to connect with younger, Gen Z audiences and our latest foray into Fortnite Creative is a natural extension of our strategy to keep the brand fresh and relevant by engaging consumers in new and unexpected ways. We can’t wait to introduce a whole new audience to say Yes to Fresh.”
