Empire Bespoke Foods has introduced its new Master Cook ‘Asia’ collection, featuring a range of meal kits, noodles, and condiments inspired by Japanese, Korean, and Indian cuisine.

The collection includes four Japanese meal kits—Katsu Curry, Sesame Teriyaki, Curry Udon, and Yaki Soba—along with Ramen, Udon, and Soba noodles, various soy sauces, Ramen broth, and Classic Kimchi.

Most of the products are suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.

These meal kits are designed for convenience, with pre-measured ingredients to help consumers prepare meals in around 15 minutes by adding their choice of protein or vegetables.

The range aims to offer an easy way for people to recreate authentic Asian dishes at home.

Master Cook ‘Asia’ is an extension of the Master Cook brand, which launched last year. According to Brand Manager Upuli Ambawatta, the range was developed through long-standing partnerships with Asian suppliers and is crafted by chefs with expertise in traditional culinary techniques.
