Cookie dough brand Douglicious is expanding with the launch of a vegan and gluten-free Soft Baked Gourmet Cookie range in four varieties.

The range is launching in Double Chocolate Chip, Slated Caramel, Chocolate Chip and Banana Good Granola varieties.

It is available to independent convenience retailers from Hunt’s Food Group and Amazon.

The supplier says the cookies are suitable for multiple snacking occasions, including at-desk snacking, post-gym, or with lunch. They are free from artificial additives, preservatives, flavours, colours and refined flours.

Doughlicious founder Kathryn Bricken said: “We revolve our range around our delicious cookie dough and we thought it was about time we created some ready-to-eat cookies to diversify our range and opportunities for on-the-go snacking, as well as broadening our cookie dough platform.”
