Delice de France has unveiled its spring and summer 2024 range, with 55 new products available.
Available from the supplier’s website from 18 March, the new products include sweet and savoury rolls, ciabattas, cakes, scones, doughnuts and butter pastries.
These new additions follow Delice de France’s annual growth of 14%, 14% and 15% across sweet bakery, doughnuts and viennoiserie, respectively.
They include a New York Style Cacao Croissant (pictured, left) and Chocolate Babka, which has seen success in specialist bakeries including Gail’s and Bread Ahead, and a new Palmier in 80g & 20g formats, Tartiflette Quiche and Macarons.
