Country Choice, a top UK supplier of in-store bakery and retail foodservice products, has announced its new Christmas range, featuring a mix of classic and innovative seasonal treats. This year’s lineup includes five new items designed to attract customers during the holiday season.

Two savoury options headline the release: the Savour It Brie & Cranberry Ciabatta (£5.25), a rustic ciabatta filled with creamy Brie and port-infused cranberry sauce, and the Brie, Port & Cranberry Turnover (£2.45), wrapped in puff pastry with a parsley breadcrumb topping.

For those with a sweet tooth, the collection features a Mince Pie Cookie (£1.45), combining spiced cookie dough with mincemeat, a rich Chocolate Orange Cupcake (£1.75) with orange chocolate icing, and a festive Iced Ginger Mini Loaf Cake (£1.75), topped with ginger icing and gingerbread crumbs.
