Diageo is launching a limited-edition Cîroc variety, Limonata, across convenience and wholesale ahead of summer.
The new vodka (37.5% ABV) is available in a 70cl bottle and is infused with a citrus flavour from fresh lemons.
It is aimed at tapping into the growing demand for flavoured vodka, which is worth nearly £33m a year in impulse convenience. It has also grown by 14.1% in the pub sector in the past year.

Additionally, premiumisation in spirits is on the rise, with 49% of adults buying premium alcoholic drinks. The supplier recommends enjoying Cîroc Limonata as part of a Limonata Spritz, with 100ml lemonade and 50ml prosecco, as well as lemon wedges and a mint sprig.
Cîroc’s two most recent limited-edition launches, Summer Citrus and Tropical Passion, have since become permanent additions to its range after their initial runs.
