WHAT’S THE SALES INSIGHT?

Using events as a training opportunity:
We’ve been increasingly involved with the community and are using events as training opportunities for staff. Every time there’s an event like a Harvest fair we nominate somebody to take charge of it. They organise prizes and donations and work with the community associations. It’s a brilliant free way to work on their management and organisational skills, as well as showing that our business cares about local issues and events.
