WHAT’S THE INSIGHT?

I’ve just trained eight members of staff for a new shop and after three days I’m confident that they could easily run it without me. I’ve put one woman in charge of bakery and told her its success is down to her. It’s given her a real passion for it and she’s working in her own time, creating charts and graphs to record the growth in sales.
