The Kellets love making the most of their store for seasonal events. They’ve dedicated a quarter of their store, and all of their alcohol section to the Rugby World Cup and will transform their store for Halloween.
Giving up can be a good thing
Food-to-go is growing, but Isabella says it didn’t work for her. “Sales just dried up,” she says. “Instead we sell a small amount of pies from a local baker – it’s also saved on staff costs.”
Push your group’s promotions
“It’s important to think of new ideas and accept those of others,” Isabella says, highlighting Spar promotions. She tries to think of different ways to make the most them in store.
