This year Calum launched a home delivery app and the store’s website has been optimised to appear first when searching Kincraig and has an online ordering facility through a local provider. Calum has grown his store’s Facebook page to 376 likes, and his Twitter following to 356, in a town of just 1,400.

  1. The store’s self-designed website costs around £50 a year to run and gets around 900 hits a month.
  2. The store’s Facebook page has 376 likes and 356 Twitter followers in a town of 1,400 people. Customers use them to ask questions and request products.
  3. Customers can now order stock via a home delivery app and an online ordering facility on the store’s website. The biggest order so far was £285 to a holiday home.
