Bottlegreen launches Lime & Mint cordial

Launch accompanied by brand's largest-ever advertising campaign

SHS Drinks has launched a Lime & Mint variety of Bottlegreen Cordial.

The new flavour is available in a 500ml glass bottle at an RRP of £3.75. It is free from artifical flavours, colours, sweeteners and preservatives.

Through dilution, one 500ml bottle produces 30 servings. The supplier says it works as a soft drink in its own right as well as a cocktail ingredient and in baking recipes.

SHS believes the launch is well placed for growth, as lime is currently the top flavour recruiter for premium cordials and mojito ready-to-drink (RTD) formats are growing at 23%.

The launch will be accompanied by Bottlegreen’s biggest-ever advertising campaign under the tagline ‘Add a dash of extraordinary’. The campaign includes digital posters, print advertising, press advertorials and paid social media.

Additionally, Lime & Mint will have bespoke social media support including recipe inspirations.

Sarah Lawson, head of marketing – softs at SHS Drinks, said: “2022 is going to be a big year for the brand and our latest launch blends together flavours which echo the renowned mojito and will appeal to both lovers of high-quality soft drinks and those seeking quick and easy ways to mix their own distinctive cocktails.”
