Appeal to biscuit-loving Brits this summer with the launch of Cadbury Roundie. A milk chocolate Roundie is available in single packs and price-marked packs.

You can appeal to biscuit-loving Brits this summer with the launch of Cadbury Roundie.

A milk chocolate Roundie is available in single packs, with an RRP of 65p, as well as price-marked packs at 50p.  

A five-unit multipack, RRP £1.99, is also available in three different flavours: milk chocolate, dark chocolate and caramel wafer. 

A TV campaign and in-store PoS for the Cadbury Biscuits range will support the product’s launch.

Chiara Missio, marketing manager for Cadbury Biscuits, said: “Britain is a nation of biscuit lovers, as the third biggest consumer of biscuits in the world. This means there is an appetite for new varieties. 

“The Roundie is perfect for snacking occasions throughout the day.”

Missio added that Roundie has already been successful in Australia and it is expected to attract new shoppers to the biscuit category.

Roundie is the first new biscuit from Mondelez since it bought the licence from Burton’s Biscuits in August 2016 in a deal worth up to £200m.
