TWC is aiming to help retailers raise store standards and drive sales with the launch of a new suite of digital tools – Alchemy Elements.
Alchemy Elements is a cloud-based dashboard that contains five modules, ‘learn’, ‘share’, ‘reward’, ‘engage’ and ‘perform’. The software offers retailers tools for improving their shops, driving sales and retaining customers.
The dashboard can generate sales performance reports and shows year-on-year trends, as well as help retailers create their own digital promotions. It can also help identify what types of promotions are likely to work for different customers and measure return on investment.
The software uses TWC’s Snap Share technology, which enables retailers, store managers and symbol group business development managers to take photos of areas of interest in store and share them to demonstrate compliance. This could be used to meet supplier or symbol group programmes or, for multi-site retailers, ensure compliance across their estate.
Tanya Pepin, TWC CEO, said its Snap Share technology provided a digital solution to an historic industry challenge.
“Having the right products listed and available right through the chain is critical for the ongoing success of independent retailers. Breaches in compliance are estimated to run to many millions of pounds each year in lost opportunity,” she added.
“Alchemy Elements is a powerful suite of tools for the industry that offers the whole package, from understanding individual customer behaviour, monitoring and managing compliance and rewarding best practice.”
