Absolut partners with Tabasco to help One Stop retailers drive sales

Absolut is partnering with Tabasco to help One Stop retailers drive premium spirit sales and encourage their shoppers to make cocktails at home.

Absolut is encouraging shoppers to make Bloody Mary cocktails at home by partnering with Tabasco sauce.

Absolut 70cl bottles will include a neck collar with a small bottle of Tabasco Sauce. The promotion is available to One Stop convenience retailers and grocery stores.

Lucy Bearman, head of customer development at Pernod Ricard, said retailers should merchandise Absolut Tobasco next to tomato juice to help shoppers pick up everything they need for the drink.

"Premium space on-shelf is becoming increasingly crowded and this on-pack promotion is designed to stand out," she added.
